To clarify for everyone:

We have not yet fixed some problems such as table
content extending beyond cells etc.  This does cause
warnings in the build process.   HOWEVER, you should
still get a BUILD SUCCESSFUL message at the end of the
build for each book.  If you are getting a BUILD
FAILED message, that is what we need to fix.
