The derby XA testing has always been on the lite side, not having a lot a real world use in house. Any more real world testing that can be added can only help. Any tests you could donate would help insure that the network server version will work well with your project in the future. I saw on your site you mention an issue with derby, XA, branch and single phase commit. Could you file a derby issue for this if you believe the derby implementation does not meet jdbc and XA specification - - especially if you have a jdbc example showing the problem.
