I took a look at the attached XML file itself and think it looks good. The
text is clear and concise and I think the format will work well.

Does the posted version need to have some sort of copyright notice in it?

Also, it might be a good idea for you or Jean to make some kind of statement
as to what kind of review and comments you want us to make at this early
stage. Do you want us to include questions that we would like to ultimately
see answers for? Or would you rather we hold any questions for a 'more
questions' session later?

You've done a good job with this piece!
