This patch:
- adds tools/dblook_test.java to a new suite derbytools
- adds derbytools suite to derbyall
- adds lang/holdCursorJavaReflection.java to derbylang suite.

There are 2 files being added that need to have the svn:eol-style native 
set:
java/testing/org/apache/derbyTesting/functionTests/master/dblook_test.out
java/testing/org/apache/derbyTesting/functionTests/suites/derbytools.runall
