I've made all these changes to the files under ${derby.source}/java,
including the recently added testing files.

I think Andrew said he was going to remove the copyright message that ij
prints out at startup.

Jean said she would make matching changes in the documentation files.

If there are any remaining issues related to copyright and/or licence,
or files I missed, then please send an e-mail to the list indicating the
problem.
