These are normal. These files would normally be generated by javacc, 
but they have been edited for various reasons and checked into source 
control. The checked-in files do not have the javacc header at the 
beginning, and so javacc reports them as being 'obsolete'.  Comments in 
the files should indicate why the files were edited from their 
generated versions.
