You need to register and login in order to create bugs. You can go here

There has already some discussion about the state of the documentation 
and how to improve it. The summary is that it's practically unusable in 
its current format, there is someone working on it, and a solution may 
take quite a bit of time. See the 'Derby documentation in PDF format' 
thread.

Just imagine that it says 'Apache Derby' everywhere you see 'IBM 
Cloudscape.' ;)
Hopefully soon we'll have improved documentation hosted here at Derby.
