Subject: [WEB] Derby Mentors, please 'svn update' to make DOTS writeup visible

Specific changes include:

- Added DOTS_Derby.html, binaries/derbydotsresults.tar.gz, and
binaries/derbydotsscripts.tar.gz. 
- Edited the site.xml file to add a Papers -> Integration subcategory,
then added DOTS_Derby.html to it.
- Modified papers/index.xml to add table of contents and to explain
caveats with some html formats.
The longer story is Forrest didn't like the DOTS_Derby.html file, so I
added some information on options for posting documents that Forrest
shouldn't modify.
- Modified papers/derby_web.xml with more detail regarding source files
and to exhplain what to do with formats forrest cannot grok.

So, if a mentor will 'svn update' to make the web site changes visible,
I'd appreciate it.
