I have seen no opinions expressed on this list that argue for changing
the existing setup. Everyone has stated a preference for the separate
list. --Unless I've missed any posts and feel free to point any out to
me. :-)

Is a vote necessary?

If so, I'll organize it. If not, I'll simply update the information in
http://incubator.apache.org/derby/derby_mail.html .
