Log:
DERBY-5156: convert store/longColumn.sql into junit test case

This patch was contributed by Houx Zhang (houxzhang at gmail dot com )

The new test program LongColumnTest.java is added to the source tree,
and is listed in store._Suite.java; the old longColumn.sql, longColumn.out,
longColumn_derby.properties are removed, and longColumn.sql is de-listed
from storemats.runall.
