Log:
DERBY-3518: Getting started guide clarifications for compiling Java programs

This change adjusts the descriptions of the Activity 3 and Activity 4
pages with respect to compiling the Java source code. Since there are three
separate Java programs that are provided, and since the WwdUtils class needs
to be compiled as part of each of the other programs, the changes attempt
to make it more obvious which .java files to compile when, and what they do.
