Log:
DERBY-4106: Incorrect description of INTEGER function in reference guide.

This change clarifies the description of the INTEGER function in the
reference guide to make it clear that the function can only be used to
convert a numeric value, or the string form of a numeric value, to an
integer, and cannot be used to convert a date or time value to an integer.
