Log:
derby_comm.xml now links to Jira and to the jars on the downloads page.  Added a new papers/misc.{xml,html} page for integration topics taken from the mail lists. Updated site.xml and papers/index.xml to link to misc.html.  Updated faq.xml to include info on releases and Jira.
