I have made the diff (find if included).
It's against the version 1.0 (and not the SVN trunk) as that's the source I've used !

For other people information, I have used GNU WinDiff (http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/diffutils.htm)
It's a command line tool, but it works (just give it -u -r -w and the other directory to compare too ... and redirect the output to a file ;-) !).

This is one of the output formats produced by the unix diff command
(which can also be found on Windows as e.g. part of the cygwin
package). It is also the output format of the svn diff command.
Diff&Merge tools should also be able to produce such a file, perhaps
even IDEs.

Basically, if you search on the internet for "unified diff", you
should find plenty of resources and tools.
