Thanks, Tom.

Code is run is inside Eclipse, on local host.

There is no white space in filename.

'javax.xml.parsers.DocumentBuilder' is able to parse the file to an 
'org.w3c.dom.Document' - not sure, however, whether Xerces is involved.

What would be the next step?
