Subject [jira] Updated: (DDLUTILS-40) Numeric formatting in MS SQL Server
Date Thu, 03 Nov 2005 08:19:01 GMT

JuanFran Adame Lorite updated DDLUTILS-40:

    Attachment: MSSqlBuilder.java

getValueAsString method in MSSQLBuilder overrides the SQLBuilder behaviour for REAL, DOUBLE,
FLOAT, DECIMAL and NUMERIC types. (It does too for DATE, TIME and TIMESTAMP due to other corrections
made before.)

> Numeric formatting in MS SQL Server
> -----------------------------------
> Key: DDLUTILS-40
> URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DDLUTILS-40
> Project: DdlUtils
> Type: Bug
> Reporter: JuanFran Adame Lorite
> Assignee: Thomas Dudziak
> Priority: Minor
> Attachments: MSSqlBuilder.java
> Numeric values does not have to be surrounded by quotes in SQL commands, doing so can
generate errors when MS SQL Server parses a scientific format number (with quotes surrounding)
to DECIMAL o NUMERIC column.
