         Key: DDLUTILS-38
         URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DDLUTILS-38
     Project: DdlUtils
        Type: Improvement
    Reporter: JuanFran Adame Lorite
 Assigned to: Thomas Dudziak

these formats as default (when no locale is set in SqlBuilder) to format date/time/timestamp
values in SQL expressions.
