The test jar is not being created.  That was something I overlooked when I migrated the build
system to Gradle.  I don't think Gradle by default creates a JAR for the tests, so we would
need to add a task for that.  Also the lines from the example that set up LIBJARS would need
to be updated because the dependencies no longer exist at lib/common, lib/test, etc.  In the
meantime if you'd like to experiment I would look at the hourglass tests.  The tests set up
a mini Hadoop cluster and run sample jobs against test data that they generate.  You should
be able to run these tests from Eclipse.  FYI you can generate the eclipse flies with {{./gradlew
eclipse}}.
