Hi,

If you mean you have multiple wars to deploy the separate web  
services, then the settings in <servlet> of different web.xml could be  
different, it's just different servlet.
For an instance,
      <servlet-name>CXFServlet</servlet-name>
     <display-name>CXF Servlet</display-name>
could change as they're descriptive label.
also
    <servlet-mapping>
     <servlet-name>CXFServlet</servlet-name>
     <url-pattern>/services/*</url-pattern>
   </servlet-mapping>
could change for using different url to access the webservice
