Are you looking something like this?

    HelloWorldImpl helloworldImpl = new HelloWorldImpl();
    JaxWsServerFactoryBean svrFactory = new JaxWsServerFactoryBean();
    svrFactory.setServiceClass(HelloWorld.class);
    svrFactory.setAddress("http://localhost:9000/Hello");
    svrFactory.setServiceBean(helloworldImpl);
    List<Handler> handlers = new ArrayList<Handler>();
    handlers.add(new LoggingHandler());
    svrFactory.addHandlers(handlers);
    svrFactory.create();
