I THINK you can just do:

<bean id=" myServiceClientFacotry "
    class="org.apache.cxf.jaxws.JaxWsProxyFactoryBean">
        <property name="serviceClass" value="com.MyServiceInterface" />
        <property name="address" value="${myWebServiceAddress}" />
        <property name="properties>
            <map>
                 <entry key="mtom-enabled" value="true">
            </map>
        </property>
</bean>
or similar.
