This is part of the JAX-WS spec:

        Greeter port = service.getSoapPort();
        
        BindingProvider provider = (BindingProvider)port;
        provider.getRequestContext().put(
              BindingProvider.ENDPOINT_ADDRESS_PROPERTY,
              address);
