It should be something like:

<jaxws:client  serviceName="ns1:NameIndex" 
   xmlns:ns1="http://ws.index.rnm.basistech.com"

   serviceClass="com.basistech.rnm.index.ws.NameIndexService">
   <jaxws:dataBinding><bean ref="....."/></jaxws:dataBinding/>
</jaxws:client>
