Andreas Vallen commented on CXF-7450:
-------------------------------------

The mangling of the Content-Type header name to Content_HYPHEN_Type isperformed by an intermediary
camel instance as per the mechanism described here: http://camel.apache.org/jms.html

> After upgrading from CXF 3.1.7 to 3.1.11, LoggingInInterceptor started failing due to
the message encoding being unset for incoming messages.

> Possible cause is that {{org.apache.cxf.transport.jms.JMSMessageUtils#populateIncomingContext}}
fails to set the encoding, because the message property that it looks for is {{Content-Type}},
but the message properties contain only one that is named "Content_HYPHEN_Type".
