Sure, I'll look at it a bit later on.

Can you explain for now why the providers extracted from the cache are checked again, even
though they were already checked when they were added to the cache ?

I have tried add the cache for CXF in ProviderFactory and been proved that it has improved
7-8% for json requests in JMeter. Please let me know if you'd like me to add the enhancement
