CXF HttpConduit/HttpClientPolicy supports a lot of parameters indeed but I think we should
support at this stage only the very few core parameters (the ones we've just added plus may
be few more) - due to the fact they don't offer a portability guarantee even though no CXF
import is required :-) and also work on the JAX-RS side to ensure most of the well known parameters
can be represented as a standard JAX-RS properties...
