Hi Sergey,

interesting, main things I think which can be tackled at spec level are:
* context (reader one) should expose request data (http method, headers etc...and not force
to use @Context maybe)
* get a standard way to get the response properly
* be able to give properties between filters and interceptors surely

ClientRequestFilter can work but (maybe I missed it) I doesn't have proceed() semantic which
is quite nice/important for this to keep code readable.
