If you take the unit test
and you replace 
This exception is thrown Cannot convert String value "1*" to
a value of class java.util.List
It not possible to use the character '*' on the attributes if the attribute has the type different
of String.
It's maybe a strange request but JPA can convert an integer, for example, to string to apply
the operator 'like'.
