Hi Andriy, thanks for opening this JIRA. 
I guess I'd limit the POC to "the implementations MUST support the use of CDI-style Beans
as root resource classes"  (JAX-RS 2.0), which I read as "a root resource/service class can
be created by the CDI container and it can have other bean references injected into it via
@Inject". 

I believe the same would work for JAX-WS service classes. We can continue do the common and
also frontend-specific enhancements as the next steps...Right now, as far as JAX-RS 2.0 is
concerned, we should continue to assume the contexts (UriInfo, etc) are injected via JAX-RS
@Context as recommended by the spec...
