Hi Andriy

Thanks, sounds good, I'll work on a patch in the next couple of days.
I'd not be too concerned about the lack of the tests in this case though :-), I can imagine
it can be tricky to test without keeping some state in the server, etc.
Should we settle on adding AsyncResponseImpl unit tests testing the callback registration
methods only ? I can do it as part of applying a patch.
