This cannot be applied to 2.7.x.   There are still users of 2.7.x that run with Spring 2.5.x
and this patch would break running those applications.   

3.0 will officially drop support for 2.5.x and thus the changes there.   A patch that would
use the old methods and possibly fall back to the new methods if not available would be OK
for 2.7.

The afforementioned release of Spring IDE appears to be utilizing the upcoming Spring 4 libraries
which have removed the signature addConstructorArg.  The attached patch (for the 2.7.x-fixes
branch) updates this to utilize addConstructorArgValue()
