I've updated the in interceptor to log a REQUEST_URI property if no REQUEST_URL property is
available, this works for JAX-RS, can you please give me a favor and try it for your JAX-RS
and JAX-WS  tests. JAX-WS clients may not be setting REQUEST_URI, but may be it is fine for
WS because for WS a call via a local transport means it is probably a "/" path and thus it
can be assumed to be "/" by default ?
