HttpConduit already supports auto-redirects and using this feature can simplify dealing with
redirects in certain environments. 
Users should be able to restrict redirects to the same host & scheme only and also get
HttpConduit support relative redirects - these can be easier to build on the server side;
additionally a user reported a WS client affected by the fact at the moment relative redirects
are not supported
