Postponing writing the response body seems problematic in Camel and I guess it is problematic
in general.
However, making an actual object which has been just written out or will be injected into
a JAX-RS endpoint available to the rest of the route makes sense.

The idea is to use these simple providers optionally when jaxrs:server implementation is used
directly within a Camel route, hence I think it's reasonable to ship them as part of CXF -
in principle they can be used with other routing engines too
