Most likely, we'd define our own annotations like the @Endpoint or whatever.   We'd then need
to write "container specific" processors for how to handle that @Endpoint annotation.   For
example, we'd need to write a Spring version that would hook into the Spring classpath scanning,
we could have one for Juice, etc...  Kind of similar to how we have things for both Spring
and Blueprint for XML.

Might be able to even have a javac annotation processor that would auto generate some sort
of thing into META-INF at compile time based on the annotations that could be used for standalone
type apps.   Not really sure on that though.
