Shaun,

By default, CXF streams requests.  Thus, it normally would not be workable as the request
are really not repeatable.  However, CXF only does that for requests over 8K (by default)
and you can also turn it off entirely by setting the conduits auto-redirect and chunking to
off.   In those situations, we can likely set the HttpEntity to repeatable.  I'll try and
take a look.
