Daniel Kulp resolved CXF-3980.
------------------------------

       Resolution: Not A Problem
    Fix Version/s: Invalid
         Assignee: Daniel Kulp

Further investigation on the JUDDI bug shows that this is an issue with the Schema implementation
built into the icetea JDK that the user is using. It works fine with the latest Sun JDK's.
