Daniel Kulp resolved CXF-2621.
------------------------------

       Resolution: Won't Fix
    Fix Version/s: Invalid

This improvement request has been open for over a year and no-one has stepped up to implement
it. As such, it does not seems to be a priority for the existing CXF community. If, in the
future, someone would like to tackle this, feel free to open is and attach a patch.

> I came across WS-Internationalization specification on w3c site and found its quite useful
for multilingual webservices. Is there any plan that CXF is targetting to implement it in
future versions. Currently our project has multilingual webservices and we have written JAXB-handler
using CXF framework, which takes care of formatting data as per locale. But it adds overhead
of additional parsing/modification of XML.
> Can you please consider this request and let me know your thoughts.
