Jacob Carter commented on CXF-3128:
-----------------------------------

I originally just had the @WebMethod(exclude=true) declared in the SEI, and this meant that
the method did get included within the generated WSDL.

Having also declared @WebMethod(exclude=true) within the implementation class, the method
is no longer included within the generated WSDL.

Is this correct behaviour?

> I am attempting to prevent a public method appearing in the generated WSDL file from
my Java source code. I have annotated the method with @WebMethod(exclude=true), however it
is still appearing in the WSDL file.
