       Resolution: Won't Fix
    Fix Version/s: Invalid


Since this is something that depends on a multitude of things outside our control, it's not
something we can really fix.    It would require updates to JAXB, updates to wss4j, likely
a bunch of sorting things implemented since the JDK can output the methods and fields in any
order it wants, etc...
