Can/t set minOccurs="1" with annotations
----------------------------------------

                 Key: CXF-2598
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CXF-2598
             Project: CXF
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Aegis Databinding
    Affects Versions: 2.2.5
            Reporter: Alexey Moskvin
            Priority: Minor

Hi, I use CXF & aegis binding for webservices.
For such java method:
public Calendar getSysdate()
I tried this annotations:
@org.apache.cxf.aegis.type.java5.XmlElement(nillable=false, minOccurs="1")
and
@javax.xml.bind.annotation.XmlElement(required=true)
but there is still

<xsd:complexType name="getSysdateResponse">
<xsd:sequence>
<xsd:element minOccurs="0" name="return" type="xsd:dateTime"/>
</xsd:sequence>
</xsd:complexType>

is generated WSDL file.
When we build .NET code based on this WSDL this function becomes void (because of minOccurs="0").
Is it possible to set minOccurs="1". Thanks.
