Timezone problems with special dates (e.g. birthdays)
-----------------------------------------------------

                 Key: CXF-2143
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CXF-2143
             Project: CXF
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Aegis Databinding
    Affects Versions: 2.2, 2.1.4, 2.1.3
            Reporter: Dennis Kieselhorst
         Attachments: timezoneLessDateType.patch

Similar to the issue here: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/XFIRE-975

My problem: The birthday 04.04.1978 on server side (Solaris, TZ MET) becomes 03.04.1978 23:00h
on client side (Linux, TZ Europe/Berlin). This is caused by different daylight saving times
for the years 1977, 1978 and 1979.

To avoid the problem the timezone +01:00/ +02:00 should be omitted (optional as per spec http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-2/#date).
I created a TimezoneLessDateType for it.
