Yes, I am complaining that CXF is adding the garbage. Since CXF is reponsible for taking the
return type of the service operation and packaging it inside a SOAP envelope, I believe that
the problem must reside in the SOAP envelope creation process, or a related process. Altenatively,
I guess it could be a caching problem with Tomcat, or the result of an HTTP request smuggling
(e.g., DNS cache poisoning). But, I've checked those and don't believe the problem lies there.
