Daniel Kulp resolved CXF-1739.
------------------------------

       Resolution: Won't Fix
    Fix Version/s: Invalid

This isn't something we have any control over. The javadoc on the JAXB beans is completely
generated by the JAXB Reference implementation. We don't generate it. You would need to
log a bug at:

> when using a custom jaxb binding file, when <jaxb:javadoc> is used on a property,
the javadoc should be created on the field, not on the getter of the field. Here's an example
of the binding file:
> <jaxb:bindings node="xs:complexType[@name='myComplexType']">
> <jaxb:bindings node="/xs:complexContent/xs:extension/xs:sequence/xs:element[@name='myField']">
> <jaxb:property>
> <jaxb:javadoc>
> <![CDATA[this comment should appear on the field, not the getter of the field]]>
> </jaxb:javadoc>
> </jaxb:property>
> </jaxb:bindings>
> </jaxb:bindings>
