Daniel Kulp resolved CXF-1211.
------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed
      Assignee: Daniel Kulp (was: Jervis Liu)

I'm going to mark this resolved as it's definitely working with the latest code.

If you update the TestHandler to actually do a println in the handleMessage, like:

	public boolean handleMessage(LogicalMessageContext arg0) {
                System.out.println("In TestHandler");
		return true;
	}

Then on the server console I see:
     [java] Starting Server
     [java] Server ready...
     [java] In TestHandler
     [java] Executing operation sayHi
     [java]
     [java] In TestHandler
     [java] In TestHandler
     [java] Executing operation greetMe
     [java] Message received: dkulp
     [java]
     [java] In TestHandler
     [java] In TestHandler
     [java] Executing operation greetMeOneWay
     [java]
     [java] Hello there dkulp
     [java] In TestHandler
     [java] Executing operation pingMe, throwing PingMeFault exception
     [java]

Which definitely shows that the LogicalHandler is being called.

> step1. Add a simple logical handler to the service in "wsdl_first" sample
> step2. "ant server" to start the server.
> step3. "ant client" to start the client.
> Then I got these error messages on server site:
> server:
>      [java] Starting Server
>      [java] Server ready...
>      [java] Executing operation sayHi
>      [java] Executing operation greetMe
>      [java] Message received: qhuang
>      [java] Executing operation greetMeOneWay
>      [java] Hello there qhuang
> [java] Executing operation pingMe, throwing PingMeFault exception
>      [java] Server exiting
>
