For some reason, the client side is not picking up the targetNamespace from the @WebService
annotation.   Not sure why, but that is what's causing it.   It's sending {http://map.java5.type.aegis.cxf.apache.org}getStudentsMap,
but the server expects it to be {http://client.webservice.crm.ecot.com/skeleton/StudentService}getStudentsMap
