Daniel Kulp resolved CXF-929.
-----------------------------

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: 2.0.2
         Assignee: Daniel Kulp

The HttpsURLConnectionFactory was creating a new SSLSession and SSLSocketFactory for every
request. Thus, information in the session (like the keys and such) that were previously
negotiated were then invalid and new connections were required.

> It looks like the Https connections are being recreated for each request which is causing
about a 1 second handshake delay per request. The Https stuff needs to honor keep-alives
and such to make subsequent requests faster.
