Yes, I refer the NewLineEscapeHandler in the ./jaxws/src/java.xml.bind/share/classes/com/sun/xml/internal/bind/v2/runtime/output/XMLStreamWriterOutput.java of jdk9, as it is the handler to be used if no customized one specified.
