Hi Sergey,

I noticed there is a JAXRSBindingFactory in the cxf-jaxrs-frontend,
but you remove the bindingId attribute from the <jaxrs:server>.

After checking the code of AbstractJAXRSFactoryBean, I think we need it
back :)
