We have 14 +1 votes (12 PMC binding):
dkulp, jgenender, ffang, bmargulies, gnodet, jyu*, ubhole, seanoc, 
eglynn, apaibir, ningjiang, jim, ekanu*, gmazza
(* are not PMC binding)

and no other votes.  Thus,  this vote passes.  I'll proceed with getting 
this released synced to the mirrors and will send out an announcement 
later today.
